Yoga for Mind, Body and Spirit
Yoga for all levels of students are offered. The engagement of mind, body and prana (breath) provide
the true benefits of Yoga. The deeper engagement of the body will provide long term benefits to the
student’s well being. The regular practice of Yoga has been proven to reduce stress, chronic pain,
increase awareness and boost vitality.
Before coming to class, we recommend the following:

Before coming to class, we recommend the following:
- To loosen the muscles, a hot shower is recommended
- Avoid food for 2 hours prior to your practice
- Avoid liquids for 30 minutes prior to your practice
- Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing
- Relax and settle into your self 15 minutes before the start of the class
- Bring a yoga mat and beach towel for comfort
- An open beginner's mind
